Our Promise

We want you and your dog to love every G&G Nuzzle product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lick mats and bowls that have been fed from cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

 

How to Start a Return

Email hello@ggnuzzle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with next steps.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@ggnuzzle.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Need a different item? Start a return for the original and place a new order.
