Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after processing, depending on your location. To keep prices fair, our items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, so transit can occasionally take longer during peak periods.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any available free-shipping offers will be shown in your cart.

 

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

 

Delays

We work hard to deliver on time, but delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hello@ggnuzzle.com and we'll make it right.

 

Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always try to help.
